HEAT THERAPY. Bring water to boil, remove from heat and place the pack in the water for 5-8 minutes. Apply to the affected area to help increase blood circulation to relieve aches and pain.
COLD THERAPY. Store in the bottom freezer compartment for at least ½ hour before use. Cold therapy will help reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation of sprains, strains, and bruises.
